Is The Evangelistic Encouraging and Equipping Ministry of Tommy and Dianne Fountain

What Pastors Are Saying...

We have been blessed to share in some wonderful churches.  As we have preached and shared our heart for God, we have grown to love each congregation and develop some long lasting friendships.  We thank you for the opportunity to serve you and our Lord.

Tommy and Dianne

Associational Missionary Jimmy Blanton shares:

It was refreshing the other night to sit under Bro. Tommy as he led in worship (Britt David Baptist Church, Columbus, GA).  His preaching is motivational and encouraging.  His singing is inspiring and is filled with praise.  His heart is tender and moved toward seeing all come to the cross of Christ.  I was blessed to be a part of that worship experience and so will you be if God leads you to ask him for a revival or conference.

Dr. David Mills shares:
Pastor, I want to commend to you Tommy Fountain for your next meeting. I wish I had a book to tell you why, but in this limited space I will say that Tommy is pastor and church friendly. He has pastored, and pastored well, and he will not embarrass you or leave problems behind for you to fix. Next, God has made Tommy's ministry fruitful. People respond; the lost are saved and Christians experience revival when he serves. I have had Tommy in three times, and I have seen this in my own churches. My youngest daughter came to Christ under his preaching, and she and her family are eternally grateful. You will not make a mistake by having Tommy for your next meeting, and you will do your people, your church, your community, and your own soul much good.

Pastor Tony Samples shares:

"What a blessing the Fountains were through the music and the preaching and teaching." This was a common response following the weekend at Pickett's Mill with the Tommy and Diane Fountain. I have known Brother Tommy for over 10 years and have found him to be committed to encouraging pastors, equipping the saints, edifying the body of Christ and blessing the hearts of people with his ministry in music. Brother Tommy and Sister Dianne led our congregation in a weekend beginning with teaching on being filled with the Spirit. We saw God work through their teaching with both our men and ladies. And I praise God for the messages that Brother Tommy brought to our fellowship on Sunday. As a pastor I need to be fed and my soul was that day. His music is inspiring and he shares the word of God with enthusiasm. If you need someone to come along side you, Pastor, to encourage you and your people then I recommend to you Tommy and Dianne Fountain.

I am privileged to recommend Tommy and the ministry the Lord is doing through him.  His insightful and expositional preaching is blended with an urgent passion to reach the lost. God has raised up Tommy to be speak prophetically in this age of cynicism and disbelief.

...Brother Tommy is gifted in both, Preaching the Word of God and ministering in song.  Our hearts were stirred and people were saved. God used Brother Tommy in a great way.  If you are wanting to try something different, I highly recommend Brother Tommy Fountain. He has a heart for the Pastor and for the People.

Pastor Rick Evans shares:

What a blessing to have Tommy Fountain preach in our 2009 Fall Revival. He is truly called of God and gifted by the Holy Spirit to preach the Word of God. We had a great evening with him! My people’s hearts were stirred and their lives challenged by his preaching and many were saved that night of our revival. I am thankful for Bro. Tommy’s ministry and I plan to have him back next year. It is obvious that the Lord is blessing his ministry.
Praise the Lord,

Pastor Mark Jones, III shares:

Please believe me when I say this, You will not regret having Tommy and Dianne Fountain in your church.  I have never recommended any evangelist as enthusiastically as I do Tommy.  Let me tell you why.  I have seen Tommy in my own church and in my father's church and in both places people responded to him and his ministry.  I saw lives changed and perhaps even more importantly, I saw souls saved.

Every pastor knows we are waging a war for the souls of our children, youth and young adults.  In the revivals where I have personally been present, I've seen children, youth and young adults make decisions for Christ.  I've seen the roughest kids respond to his invitations as well as sweet young children.

We have continued to see results weeks after our Revival.  I have never seen God move in such a way before.  I want to say that I believe it is because we prayed for just such an out pouring of God's Holy Spirit, but I also know it's because we had God's man in the pulpit.  Our members and Deacons are already looking forward to having Tommy and Dianne back.

Tommy sent us a Plan for Revival Preparation and we worked the plan.  As a result my people are excited about changed lives.  Don't have a Revival Meeting, plan for REVIVAL in your church and let Tommy lead your people to Jesus.

May 22, 2009

To whom it may concern:

My name is Scott S. Toon and I am the pastor of Oak Grove Baptist Church in Hartsfield, Georgia.  I have known Brother Tommy Fountain for the past four years, and I know him to truly be a man of God.  He has a heart for pastors, churches, and people.  The Lord has blessed Brother Tommy with a gift to divide and proclaim the Word with remarkable clarity and a passion that pricks the heart and allows the Holy Spirit to speak to people.  Brother Tommy is a long time pastor and preacher in the SBC who surrendered to God’s call of full time evangelism last year and the Lord is using him in a mighty way.

In March 2009 Brother Tommy conducted a revival service at Oak Grove Baptist Church.  It was absolutely the best revival service that I have been a part of as a pastor.  Every single member at Oak Grove who attended the services was blessed, challenged, and changed through God’s Word.  Most members at Oak Grove stated that they cannot remember the last time they experienced a revival like this one.  Even after two months the effects of the revival is still at work at Oak Grove.  We are continuing to grow spiritually and physically and the foundation laid by Brother Tommy’s preaching has set our church on fire.

If you are looking for a godly man to conduct a revival service at your church I would strongly recommend that you prayerfully consider having Brother Tommy preach at your church.  And let me say on a personal note pastor, that if you use Brother Tommy you will make a true friend who will encourage you in your ministry and walk with the Lord.  If I can answer anyone’s questions about Brother Tommy please feel free to call me at 229-941-2170.  May the Lord bless you and your ministry as you faithfully serve Him.

In Christ
Scott S. Toon.

Rev. Daniel Garnett Shares....

God truly used "Fountain of Joy Ministries" to impact my church in an amazing way.  We had Bro. Tommy, and his wife Mrs. Dianne, for a revival at our church during March 2008 and I cannot begin to describe to you the impact they had on the people and on my ministry.  I am still reaping the benefits today of the ministry that they brought to our church.  It was so wonderful for me just to sit back and allow the Lord to work through "Fountain of Joy Ministries".  When they go to a church, they don't go just to do their thing, so to speak, and get out of there.  No, when they go to a church they go to do what God has called them to do and they will even go the extra mile in helping you in any way they can.  I truly believe that God used Bro. Tommy and Mrs. Dianne to be a changing point for our church because they helped the people to see just what God can do through a people who are willing to follow after Him.  What a joy it was for me to baptize folks as a result of their ministry, and also for us to receive people into our membership as a result of their ministry.  God used "Fountain of Joy Ministries" to light a fire underneath some of our people and the only thing I am worried about, now that they are gone, is if I am going to be able to keep up with these folks who were set on fire.  I highly commend this ministry to any church because I believe God's hand of blessings is upon this ministry.  You will not regret having this wonderful team to come and minister to your church.

I have known Tommy and Dianne Fountain for a long time as friends and fellow laborers in the church.  Tommy and I have pastored in the same area and enjoyed a great fellowship in that context.  When Tommy and Dianne felt God leading them into fulltime vocational evangelism, I was eager to use them in my church.  I have now had Tommy for two revivals and have been blessed each time.

He and Dianne also lead a marriage retreat for us which was a great encouragement to our married couples.  His ministry in song and the Word focus on encouraging the pastor, reaching the lost and edifying the church.  Tommy is a gifted preacher and musician.  I know God will use him powerfully in your church.  He is a man of integrity and dedicated to the calling God has placed on his life.  I know you will be blessed by having Tommy and Dianne Fountain in your church.

Pastor Fred Wilks writes...

Dear Brother In Christ:

Please allow me to recommend someone to you who you need to get to know and who would do a great job in the role of evangelist in your church.  Tommy Fountain and his wife Dianne are two wonderful people who God is using in a great way in His kingdom work. Tommy has served as pastor, minister of youth and as Director of Missions in Southern Baptist Life.  All of the churches he has served as pastor have grown tremendously and his last church (Southside in Opp, Alabama) received an award for evangelism at the last SBC Convention.  Tommy has served as Vice-President of the Georgia Baptist Convention, President-Elect of the Alabama Baptist Pastor's Conference and most recently as Chairman of the Committee on Nominations for the Southern Baptist Convention.  Tommy and Dianne now serve in Full-time Evangelism with his home in Winder, Georgia.  I have used Tommy for revivals three times (1 at New Friendship, Arab, AL and 2 at Chapel Hill Baptist, Albertville, AL) with great results.  Our people have always loved him and Dianne and always ask that we have them back the next year.  They truly love the Lord and His people.  I highly recommend them to you and would be glad to talk to you about them at any time.  May God bless you in your ministry.

Sincerely,

K. Fred Wilks

From Doug Hicks, Layman
First Baptist Church Chalkville
Birmingham, AL

I wanted to thank you for taking the time away from your family to minister to us this weekend.  Your songs and sermons were very powerful and just as important very easy to follow and understand.  Your testimony was equally inspiring.  It takes a spirit filled person to publicly admit his faults and to powerfully convey the message that we are all sinners saved by grace.  No one, not one is worthy of the gift we have been given.  We serve a mighty and loving God and your time this weekend was well spent conveying that message at least to me.  Thank you again and I look forward to being able to see you sometime in the future.  May God bless you, your family and your ministry.  Keep the Faith and Keep up The Fire.

Dr. Mark Wood writes....

Tommy Fountain conducted a spring revival at Fultondale  First Baptist Church in February 2008.  His expository messages challenged the church and won the lost.  Fultondale First Baptist will not be the same as a result of His stewardship in God’s Word.  The members of Fultondale First Baptist have moved beyond the complacency that is common among churches of our generation.  As the pastor, I cannot express to you the confidence I had as he filled the pulpit; his skills, as well as being a seasoned pastor, showed as he challenged those in attendance. His invitations were relevant and used as a harvest of the kindest nature.  Dianne also conducted a ladies’ luncheon that took the ladies of our church to a new spiritual level.

Again, my recommendation does not come lightly; use both Tommy and Dianne in your church and you will be blessed.

Blessings

Dr. Mark A. Wood
